Seafront Promenade
The seafront promenade is the best path to calmly and peacefully take in the stunning landscapes that surround Puerto Natales, bordering part of the Last Hope Bay. Feel the wind and enjoy the vibrant mix of colors from the sea, hills, and infinite sky. It’s the perfect spot for birdwatching and soaking in the breathtaking sunset. Explore it on foot or by bike along its dedicated bike path. Bikes are available at the hotel at no extra charge—just ask at reception.
Historical Museum
A modern museum founded in 1990 with the goal of preserving and promoting the historical and cultural heritage of Puerto Natales. It features exhibitions that tell the story of the origins of the southern communities, from 14,000 years ago to the 1930s.
Art Gallery and Cultural Center
Ewagallery: Owned by Polish artist Ewa Okolowicz, this gallery showcases both her own works and those of local artists across its various exhibition rooms.
El Galpón: A cultural center located in front of the historic pier, El Galpón is a collaborative space open to the community for artistic activities and local events.
Etherh Aike Artisan Village
Located in the heart of the city, this artisan village features a variety of local handcrafted goods. In its different stalls, you can discover traditional crafts made by local artisans using indigenous materials such as sheep leather, wool, hides, and native wood.

Torres del Paine National Park
Torres del Paine National Park is world-renowned for the towering granite peaks that give the park its name, massive formations shaped by the power of glacial ice, rising nearly 2,000 meters above the Patagonian steppe. The park is also famous for its vibrant-colored lakes, snow-capped mountains, abundant local wildlife, glaciers, and crystal-clear lakes.
Balmaceda and Serrano Glacier Navigation
An iconic full-day excursion that departs from the Puerto Natales pier, taking you to explore the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers in Bernardo O'Higgins National Park, the largest park in Chile and one of the four largest in the world. This protected area includes part of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, the largest ice mass in the Americas. Milodón Cave
This natural monument is not only home to the prehistoric herbivore, a giant sloth-like creature known as the Milodon, which roamed the land over 10,000 years ago, but it is also one of the sites with the most significant traces of early human presence from the beginning of the Holocene (11,000 B.C.) as well as other now-extinct animals.
Grey Glacier Navigation
During your visit to Torres del Paine National Park, experience the unique adventure of sailing to Grey Glacier. Aboard the "Grey III" catamaran, enjoy a 3-hour journey through floating icebergs, lush vegetation, and towering mountains. You can also enhance the experience with a beautiful hike along Grey Beach and its trails, which feature stunning viewpoints offering some of the best panoramas of the area.
Kayaking in Última Esperanza Bay
From a different perspective, the kayaking excursion in Última Esperanza Bay invites you to enjoy a scenic landscape surrounding the city of Puerto Natales. You'll have the opportunity to get up close to colonies of cormorants, swans, and flamingos. Additionally, you can visit the local artisanal fisherman's dock. This is definitely an excellent half-day option to immerse yourself in the local nature and culture.
Sierra Dorotea Horseback Ride
This horseback ride begins only ten minutes away from our hotel in Puerto Natales. The journey takes place on gentle horses at a slow pace, allowing you to peacefully enjoy the lush lenga forests, in contrast with areas of burned and wind-eroded woodlands typical of Patagonia. At the summit, you’ll reach Sierra Dorotea, where you can spot condors soaring overhead, along with long-legged eagles, caracaras, foxes, and other natural surprises during your visit.

del Paine Trek
This journey is undoubtedly the most thrilling trek in Torres del Paine National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The excursion begins at the foot of Mount Almirante Nieto, following a trail full of natural wonders, ancient lenga forests, and unique landscapes. The trek leads you to the base of the iconic Torres (Towers), where you'll be rewarded with an exceptional panoramic view, alongside a turquoise lagoon.
Perito Moreno Glacier, El Calafate
A full-day excursion departing from Puerto Natales towards El Calafate, Argentina. The route crosses the vast Patagonian steppe of Argentina, leading to the beautiful tourist town of El Calafate, located about 270 km from Puerto Natales. Along the way, you may spot local wildlife such as guanacos and rheas (ñandúes). After a brief stop in El Calafate with free time to explore, you'll continue on to Los Glaciares National Park, where the highlight of the trip awaits: the spectacular Perito Moreno Glacier, a stunning display of ice and sound from this giant frozen mass.

Surrounded by fjords, mountains, steppes, and the Balmaceda Glacier, this location offers a stunningly diverse and scenic natural environment.
